The apartment is located on Monastiriou Street, one of Thessaloniki’s most characteristic urban settings, and was designed to be transformed into a contemporary and welcoming short-term rental.

The design approach focuses on creating a calm, earthy atmosphere through a palette of warm neutral tones, dark wood, and natural textures. Clean lines and custom-designed elements help organize the space, while indirect lighting adds depth and a sense of warmth and intimacy.

The aim was to create a quiet retreat within the urban environment, combining the functionality required of a short-term rental with a more personal and timeless aesthetic.
